SABETHA HILLCREST

Sabetha Hillcrest Housing, Inc. is a fully owned subsidiary of NEK-CAP, Inc. and general partner in Sabetha Hillcrest Housing Limited Partnership (SHLP).  The National Equity Fund is the Limited Partner.  SHLP is owner of Sabetha Hillcrest Apartments and Townhomes.  Construction was completed in 2001. 

Sabetha Hillcrest is a multi-family project located in Sabetha, Kansas.  The project consists of twelve two-bedroom townhomes, twelve two-bedroom apartments, and twelve three bedroom apartments.  Four of the units are market rate (unrestricted).  

Each unit includes a single car garage, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer/dryer connections, spacious closets and storage space.

The community provides waste and snow removal, lawn care, water and sewer utilities, and a beautifully equipped playground and picnic area.
