JEFFERSON VILLAGE

Winchester Housing, Inc. is a fully owned subsidiary of NEK-CAP, Inc. and general partner in Winchester Housing Limited Partnership (WHLP).  The National Equity Fund is the Limited Partner.  WHLP is owner of Jefferson Village.  Construction was completed in 1996.  The project is a Low Income Housing Tax Credit project, and as such, certain income restrictions are required for tenants.

Jefferson Village is a 24 unit housing complex located in Winchester, Kansas.  The complex has four two-bedroom and twenty-one one-bedroom rental units.

Each unit features a range, refrigerator, garbage disposal, microwave, washer/dryer connections, gas heat and central air, spacious closets and storage, and carport.

The community includes a lovely community building for resident use, lawn care, waste and snow removal, and water/sewer utilities furnished.
