CHDO RENTAL PROPERTIES
NEK-CAP is certified by the state of Kansas as a Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO). The major purpose of a CHDO is to assist communities with development activities. This may include planning, economic development, and housing development.
NEK-CAP currently manages 11 single-family rentals. These rentals are located in Hiawatha, Holton, Fairview, Robinson, Wathena, and Elwood.
